I started practicing yoga in 1999, shortly after my first son was born. I realized instinctively that the only way I could be the steward of another soul was to first be connected to my own. At some point every child will be able to see clearly and directly into the heart of his parents, and I wanted to make sure that when Lucas looked into mine, what he saw was clean. Not perfect, but clean. This began a lifelong Spiritual Journey, and remains the reason I am still so dedicated to my practice, so many years (and one more son) later.

I received my 200 hour certification through The Open Center in New York in 2002. From the beginning, my unique method of imparting the philosophy of Yoga, combined with an amalgam of other esoteric, spiritual and metaphysical concepts has been the foundation of my teaching.  In 2011 I completed the 300 hour Advanced Yoga teacher training with Yogamaya New York. A longtime Vedic Meditation practitioner, over 10 years ago I began to offer meditation classes as a complement to the Yogasana.

Over time as my teaching modalities have expanded I have added chanting and music to my classes, offer workshops in Meditation, Yoga and Spirituality here and in Italy, and participate in several Yoga teaching Training programs.  Requested to create ceremonies based on my dharmic interpretations, in 2013 I became a Certified Life-Cycle Celebrant and Minister with the Universal Brotherhood, and officiate Weddings and other personal Ceremonies.
